摘 要 采用盆栽試验,研究了不同保水剂施量对沙地土壤含水量、芙蓉葵植株生长、光合特性、干重、鲜重等的影响.结果表明,施保水剂1 800、2 250、2 700 kg/hm2的土壤含水量显著高于未施保水剂处理,其中,施保水剂1 800 kg/hm2的土壤含水量最大.施保水剂的各处理的株高均显著高于未施保水剂,其中,施保水剂2 700 kg/hm2的株高最高,而各施保水剂处理间差异不显著.在土壤正常含水条件下,各处理的净光合速率随保水剂用量的增加大致呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中,施保水剂1 800、2 250、3 150 kg/hm2显著高于未施保水剂处理,施保水剂2 250 kg/hm2的净光合速率最大.在土壤干旱胁迫条件下,各处理的净光合速率随保水剂用量的增加大致呈上升趋势,施保水剂3 150 kg/hm2的净光合速率最大,显著高于未施保水剂处理.施保水剂的各处理干、鲜重均显著高于未施保水剂处理,施保水剂的各处理间差异不显著,其中,施保水剂2 250 kg/hm2的鲜重、干重均为最高.适量保水剂的施用显著提高了沙地土壤含水量,促进了植株的生长和光合能力的提高,显著增加了植物干物质的积累;正常土壤含水条件下保水剂的适宜用量为1 800~2 250 kg/hm2,在干旱胁迫条件下为3 150 kg/hm2.

Effect of Water Retaining Agent on Growth of Plant in Sand Soil in Hebei Coastal Area

Abstract This paper studied the effects of different dosage of water retaining agent on soil moisture content in sand,growth parameters of plant of Hibiscus moscheutos L,photosynthetic characteristics,fresh weight and dry weight by pot experiments. The results showed that soil moisture content of applying water retaining agent 1 800,2 250,2 700 kg/hm2 was significantly higher than that of no water retaining agent,the soil moisture content of applying water retaining agent 1 800 kg/hm2 was the highest. The plant height of treatments with water retaining agent was higher than significantly that of no water retaining agent. The plant height of applying water retaining agent 2 700 kg/hm2 was the highest,and the difference was not obvious between the treatments with water retaining agent. Under the condition of normal soil moisture content,the net photosynthetic rate of all the treatments increased firstly and then decreased with the application quantity increasing of water retaining agent. The net photosynthetic rate of applying water retaining agent 1 800,2 250,3 150 kg/hm2 was significantly higher than that of no water retaining agent,applying water retaining agent 2 250 kg/hm2 was the best. Under the soil drought stress,the net photosynthetic rate of all the treatments showed an up tend,with the application quantity increasing of water retaining agent. Applying water retaining agent 3 150 kg/hm2 was the highest,and significantly higher than that of no water retaining agent. The fresh weight and dry weight of treatments with water retaining agent were significantly higher than that of no water reatining agent,while the difference was not obvious between the treatments with water retaining agent. Both the fresh and dry weight of applying water retaining agent 2 250 kg/hm2 were the highest. Through the results,a conclusion could be drawn that the application of appropriate amount of water retaining agent could increase the soil moisture content in sand significantly,promote plant growth,enhance photosynthetic capacity,and increase the dry weight accumulation significantly. Under the condition of normal soil moisture content,the suitable amount of water retaining agent was 1 800-2 250 kg/hm2,under the soil drought stress,the suitable amount of water retaining agent was 3 150 kg/hm2.
