【摘 要】目的探讨哮喘患者应用“三位一体”健康教育管理模式的效果.方法选取2016年5月～2017年4月收治的70例哮喘患者,采用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各35例,其中对照组患者接受常规教育方式,观察组患者接受“三位一体”哮喘教育管理模式.比较两组患者哮喘控制水平及治疗依从性,采用问卷调查形式对两组患者进行哮喘相关知识掌握情况及健康教育满意度评价,采用成人哮喘生命质量评分表对哮喘患者的生命质量进行评价.结果健康教育干预后, 观察组患者哮喘控制水平、临床治疗依从性均优于对照组（P<0.05）,哮喘相关知识掌握程度优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后2个月观察组患者的生命质量各项评分及总分均较对照组升高P<0.001）；观察组患者健康教育满意程度优于对照组（P<0.001）.结论“三位一体”哮喘教育管理模式能明显提高哮喘患者的哮喘控制水平及治疗依从性,患者哮喘知识掌握情况好,护理满意度及生命质量均较高,值得临床大力推广.

Observation of effect of trinity educational management model on patients with asthma

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the effect of trinity educational management model on patients with asthma.MethodsFrom May,2016 to April,2017,patients with asthma were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group were given routine education,and the observation group were given trinity educational management model of asthma.Then,asthma control level and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared,asthma related knowledge and the satiaction degree of health education were evaluated by questionnaire,and the quality of life of asthmatic patients was evaluated by life quality score of adult asthma.ResultsAfter health educational intervention,the asthma control level and clinical treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P<0.05）,and the degree of mastery of asthma related knowledge in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.After 2 months of treatment,each score and total score of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.001）,and the degree of satisfaction of health education in the observation group was better than that of the control group（P<0.001）.ConclusionTrinity asthma education and management mode can significantly improve asthma control level and treatment compliance of asthma patients.The patients have good knowledge of asthma,high nursing satisfaction and high quality of life,so it is worth clinical promotion.

近年來随着环境污染的加剧以及遗传和宿主等多因素影响下,支气管哮喘（以下简称“哮喘”）成为全球范围内的异质性疾病之一[1].在2014年全球哮喘防治创议（GINA）中明确指出临床哮喘患者的治疗原则是尽快将哮喘进行控制而非对其进行根治,为了达到这一目标则需要临床对哮喘患者进行长期有效的科学教育、管理以及预防,使患者的肺功能做到到维持并且最大程度降低其急性发作的概率[2].本研究观察“三位一体”健康教育管理模式应用于哮喘患者的效果,现总结报告如下.
