[摘 要] 目的 分析持續护理质量管理对外科手术患者护理质量及满意度效果和推广价值.方法 回顾性研究法,以持续护理实施前后为分界点,组织人员开会进行方案制定,将环境控制、安全因素、文书整理、医患满意度等作为评分指标,进行统计学分析.结果 持续护理实施前、后评分情况：环境控制前（7.12±1.03）分,后（9.01±1.58）分；护理安全因素前（16.49±1.25）分,后（18.68±1.92）分；消毒和隔离前（11.38±0.78）分,后（13.74±1.71）分；护理质量前（17.09±0.83）分,后（19.01±1.27）分；人文关怀前（15.16±1.17）分,后（17.85±1.89）分；文书整理前（13.29±0.51）分,后（14.86±1.18）分.差异有统计学意义（t等于3.538 6、3.610 2、4.939 6、5.164 1、4.829 9、4.797 9,P<0.05）.持续护理实施前后手术总数分别为998台和1 002台,实施前后等待时间分别是（43.19±18.38）min和（30.21±10.02）min；医生满意度分别是（72.41±9.49）分和（96.21±3.78）分；患者满意度分别是（70.04±1058）分和（93.32±4.06）分.差异有统计学意义（t=39.869 7、8.268 9、20.360 7,P<0.05）.结论 该院实施持续护理在外科手术中的应用可以显著提高医生和患者的满意度,改善工作环境,提高工作质量和工作效率,减少手术时间.

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing quality management on the nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients with surgical surgery. Methods The staff were organized to make plans taking the implementation time of continuous nursing as the demarcation point, and the environment control, safety factor, document management and medical satisfactory degree were used as the score indexes for statistical analysis. Results The score of continuous nursing implementation, before environment control （7.12±1.03）points, after the environment control （9.01±1.58）points； before nursing safety management, （16.49±1.25）points, after nursing safety management （18.68±1.92）points； before disinfection and isolation （11.38±0.78）points, after disinfection and isolation （13.74±1.71）points； before nursing quality management （17.09±0.83）points, after the nursing quality management （19.01±1.27）points； before humanistic care （15.16±1.17）points, after the humanistic care （17.85±1.89）points, before document management （13.29±0.51）points, after the document management （14.86±1.18）points；and the differences were statistically significant（t等于3.538 6,3.610 2,4.939 6,5.164 1,4.829 9,4.797 9,P<0.05）, and the operation total number before and after the continuous nursing implementation was respectively 998 and 100 2, and the waiting time before and after the implementation was respectively （43.19±18.38）min and（30.21±10.02）min, and the satisfactory degree of doctors was respectively （72.41±9.49）points and（96.21±3.78）points, and the satisfactory degree of patients was respectively （70.04±1058）points and（93.32±4.06）points, and,the differences were statistically significant（t=39.869 7,8.268 9,20.360 7,P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in the surgical surgery in our hospital can obviously improve the satisfactory degree of doctors and patients, improve the work environment, improve the work quality and work efficacy and reduce the operation time.
