[摘 要] 目的 分析手術室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果研究.方法 方便选取该院2015年2月—2016年12月收治的并采取手术治疗的患者140例作为研究对象,按照140例患者术后护理方式分为两组,实验组患者有70例,对照组患者有70例.为对照组患者采取常规术后护理,为实验组患者在常规护理的基础上搭配细节护理模式,对比两组患者的护理质量以及两组患者对护理的满意程度.结果 实验组患者护理质量安全评分为（96.65±3.64）分,对照组患者护理质量安全评分为（87.98±3.14）分,实验组患者的护理质量安全评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.实验组患者对护理的满意度为98.57%,对照组患者对护理的满意度为75.71%,实验组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）. 结论 为患者在进行手术治疗后,采取有效的手术室细节护理,能够提高术后护理的质量和安全性,提高患者对护理的满意程度,手术室细节护理在提高护理安全方面有重要的意义,值得在临床大力推广应用.

Study on the Application Effect of Details Nursing of Surgical Room in Ensuring Safety of Operating Room

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the application effect of details nursing of surgical room in ensuring safety of operation room. Methods 140 patients underwent surgical treatment in this hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups according to the nursing methods, the experimental group of 70 patients was given details nursing method as well as the conventional nursing method, and the control group of 70 cases was given conventional postoperative care, nursing quality and patients’ satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality safety score in the experimental group was（96.65±3.64）points, and that of the control group was（87.98±3.14）points, nursing quality and safety score of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, there was astatistically Significant difference（P<0.05）, with statistical significance. Patients’ satisfaction degree in the experimental group was 98.57%, and that in the control group was 75.71%, nursing satisfaction of patients in experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, there was astatistically Significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion For the patients in the operation room after surgery, taking effective details nursing method can improve the quality and safety of postoperative nursing, improve satisfaction degree of patients in operation room, detailed nursing has important significance in improving the safety of nursing care, it is worthy of popularizing in clinical application.
